About me
¡Hola! I'm an environmental microbiologist who aims to understand the ecology and evolution of Archaea and Bacteria by using environmental metagenomics, big data and other different tools. Here you can find a bit about my journey:
- Postdoctoral Researcher in the research group of Rafael Laso Pérez at the National Museum of Natural Sciences (MNCN-CSIC) in Madrid (Spain). 2025 - Date.
- PhD Candidate in the research group of Sarahi L. Garcia at the Stockholm University in Stockholm (Sweden). 2020 - 2024.
- Internship in the Molecular Ecology Group with researcher Diego Fontaneto at the Istituto di Ricerca sulle Acque in Verbania (Italy). 2019.
- Msc. in Ecology and Techniques for the Conservation of Biodiversity at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid (Spain). 2018 - 2019.
- BSc. in Biology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, in Madrid (Spain). 2014-2018.
